On the coast of Lake Shikotsu is G&K's base Eniwa. It's a underwater habitat, a sort of experimental take. It's supposed to help against artillery attacks, chemical attacks, and control the number of access points that OPFOR can enter. Logistics center, motorpool, DECON, infirmary, and repair bay is on top. Dorms, service centers, intelligence command, and commander's room are below the water. "The Scrap Yard" is a sort of tough-as-nails bar where regulations are hardly It's about a 40 minute drive from Sapparo, but only a mile or two away from a hot spring.

T-Dolls are paid on the 1st and 15th of every month. Recruits can expect a monthly paycheck of 205,000 yen a month. Some T-Dolls gain sidejobs like being a mangaka to earn just a bit more money. Good performance and/or with every year the t-doll is with G&K will raise their paycheck. Dining facility food and ammo are covered by G&K, but some will force T-Dolls to use their own money to purchase these things as punishment. Repairs are generally a % based, 10-15% being for minor repairs while for large repairs this could easily be 50% of a T-Doll's salary. These can be waived by the commander, but they're generally paying for it instead of the T-Doll in that case.

T-Dolls are given weekends and holidays off.

If a T-Doll is destroyed on mission, a new body is prepared for them and their last saved neural cloud (this is usually backed up before a mission or a few days beforehand if the t-doll is particularly forgetful). A new body generally costs 50% of a T-Doll's salary, but this can be waived at the commander's discretion. However, this is far from an easy process. The death of a main body still, somehow, affects the mind of the T-Doll. For every death, the T-Doll gains 1d10 instability.

Base Commander: Mocchi
Image
Mochi seems a bit ditzy at times and has a murky past, but she truly does care about the T-Dolls under her command. She'll sometimes go out of her way to ensure their safety and baby them to the displeasure of some of them. A 5'7 girl with considerably large assets.

Everyone, Look Out!: Mocchi is constantly scanning the battlefield, trying her best to keep herself and her soldiers alive. The slightest movement she sees, she ensures to warn her soldiers of! Keep an eye out, everyone! The enemy can be anywhere! By passing a Command (Fel) test, all T-Dolls within 30 meters of her can take Overwatch as a free action.
Right Now, Let's Do It!: Plans within plans. Mocchi can be pretty decent at suddenly pulling one out of her skirt. She can spend 1 fate point for 6 command points.
Second-in-Command: Wagner
Image
A woman who is a bit of the opposite compared to Mocchi. She's seriously and seemingly doesn't care much about the lives of T-Dolls. Her skills in combat are a little sharper than Mocchi's and she has a unique way of doing things. However, many speak of rumors-- that she likes to spy on T-Dolls as they engage in lewd behavior with one another! Stands at about 5'4.

With a successful Scholastic Lore (Tactics) test, everyone within 30 meters of Wagner gain a +3 to their penetration and damage for 3 rounds.
Logistic Officer: Tally
Image
A flirt, tease, and a penny-pincher. If she could cook, there's no doubt that she'd make a good wife. However, she's far too focused on dealing with gaining as much commodities and ammo as possible for the base. If you need something, anything, you can always ask her to see if she can get it. She knows a few people in the city, after all~.

Commander's Favor

Any T-Doll can gain favor with the commander by performing helpful (and other) actions... Gaining favor is broken down like such:

1d6 for assisting in menial tasks (lifting things, assisting with paperwork that directly assists the Commander).
2d6 for achieving a nice atmosphere with the Commander (romantic activities).
2d6-3d6 for completing a major difficult goal for the Commander (such as an important mission).
3d6-4d6 for saving the Commander's life.
2d6-4d6 for the first lewd act performed with the Commander.
1d6-2d6 for every subsequent lewd act.

Favor can be spent in the following ways:
Removing Instability = 1 point of favor for 1 point of instability
Gain XP = 6 favor can be spent to gain 100 XP
Bonus for a Single Action = 1d6 favor for a +10 bonus to a single action.
Oathed = Keep track of how much favor you have earned overall. Once you hit 75, you are Oathed. Add a +5 to two characteristics of your choice.
Random Event = Spend 1d6 favor and roll on the random event table. Can only be used during downtime (while not on mission).
