Code: Select all

[Name]
Capital: The city where the leader is located.
Number of Cities & Towns: Can be 1 massive city or a large one with many towns and hamlets near it. Or even a bunch of medium-sized cities spread out. Naturally, the the more dense the more land and resources required, but easier to defend from attacks.
Population: A higher population can produce more or hold more positions, but require more resources and land to sustain itself.
Species Demographics: Entirely for flavoring. Little mechanical differences.
Gender Demographics: Entirely for flavoring. Little mechanical differences.
Size of Military/Make up of Military: A larger military to civilian population means more armaments are required, fortifications are held by a larger force, but the market place suffers as there's less farmers and merchants.
Ruler: The ruler of the kingdom, be it a council or a single person.
Exports: What the kingdom is known for selling to other kingdoms, be it precious metals, weapons, aircrafts, or even catgirl prostitutes.

Strengths:
Whatever your kingdom is truly known for. Be it a strong necromatic force where vampires and necromancers rule an ever present night with a horde of undead or the majority population are a large, destructive race.

Weakness:
What your kingdom struggles with. This could be something already mentioned such as a low population meaning guard and military forces are low in numbers or a unique weakness. Perhaps the kingdom deals with an insanity issue. Perhaps most of the population suffers from a sleeping spell, so only a portion of them may be active at a time. Maybe monsters are a constant issue for most of the population.

City of Avalice
A single, sprawling city easily the size of a small country. Ranges from lavish casinos and criminal dens at the very center, to shantytowns and petty thieves at the fringes.
Population: High; highly dense urban population.
Species Demographics: Primarily humans, with some beastkin and the rare elf.
Gender Demographics: Peculiarly, entirely cute girls (and cute girls with penises). Nobody knows why. Perhaps some wizard's curse. Or the drinking water.
Size / Makeup of Military: No true military; thugs, bandits, and mercenaries take its place when others get in the way of their business. Even "civilians" tend to have some (well-needed) skill in a fight.
Ruler: The King of Thieves. An unofficial title held by whoever is seen to have the most sway at a time, typically well-connected and with a number of criminal organizations under their control. It's not uncommon for there to be multiple kings at the same time.
Exports: The finest goods from all around the world! Just about anything can be found in the black markets here, as likely stolen as not. Many a thief and bandit as well.

Strengths:
- Thieves. The city produces the best in the world, unmatched at getting their hands on anything of value, information included.
- Black markets. Even the rarest goods banned the world over can be found here.
- Gold. The markets, casinos, and organized crime bring vast wealth to the city.
- Chaotic. Invaders would face resistance and theft at every turn, a new king of thieves rising up at a moment's notice even if the original was stopped.

Weaknesses:
- Chaotic. It's difficult to organize any large-scale efforts in or out of the city, and the populace is prone to in-fighting even in desperate times.
- Import reliance. Much of the city's day to day goods are bought (or stolen) from external sources.
