Everything about TRPGs! Anime, Nechronica, Goblin Slayer, whatever. Well, generally anyhow.

Anima is basically someone looking at a lot of shonen mangas/animes and Warhammer Fantasy then combining it to such a ridiculous degree. This means a huge amount of freedom when creating a character. You can have the blood of an ice god running through your veins, letting you resist ice, have a weakness to fire, and can lower the temperature around himself. On top of that, you can have an advantage that makes it so you can intimidate people with your mere presence. Make your dream of having a one-winged angel as a PC a reality!

That isn't to say it doesn't have problems. Such insanity can easily break the system unless you put stops in place. Naturally, the core rules do try to control a PC from getting too crazy with restrictions to the max attribute score you can have, the max amount of points you can have in a skill, and reduced magic levels. It's tempting to not use these restraints (especially seeing as how Anima's standard setting is about the supernatural coming back to the world), but just be mindful of munchkins.

It even has some rules for bringing it into the modern world, if fantasy-modern is your thing. Although I think it requires a bit more than how guns and kevlar body armor would work, if you keep it within the "Anima" world you could probably look over a number of things.
