From pure laziness, it'll be pretty ripped from Skaven tier wise.
The Hrud are a rat-based xenos who prefer to live underground, homeworld being Skavenblight, but they have spread across the other planets in their sector. While they utilize a "strong rules all" mindset, they do not mean in terms of physical prowess like that of the Orks. The "strong" may be anyone in their field, be it a soldier, scientist, or bureaucrat. After all, if you have managed to raise above the others in your respective field, does that not mean that you are the strongest? Following that, the idea of safety is lost on them. To become the strongest, one must be constantly pushing the limits of everything-- be it from training to experimenting! A few weaklings die, so that the strong may prosper even further.
Hruds live in either Nests or Warrens. These can be seen as a town (nest) or city (warren). A multitude of nests are scattered in the underground (and rarely the surface), each ruled by a clan. Warrens may also be ruled by a singular clans, but some have multiple clans that either coexist peacefully (heh) with one another or going through many, many civil wars where victories are measured not by portions of the town, but blocks or even houses taken.

Run-Flee!: When running away from a threat, a Hrud gains +2 to their Speed.
Naturally Immune: +1 bonus die to resisting illnesses, plagues, and toxins.

The [Hrudii] Keyword
Hruds are apart of a clan, for a clan offers security (there will be more guys to aim at) and focuses. You may replace the Hrudii keyword with a clan below.
Clan Skyre
Skyre focuses on crafting the most powerful, dangerous weapons, vehicles, and kitchen appliances that they can.
Bonus: Gain +Rank to any Tech checks on anything with the [Hrudii] keyword. Gain Access to Skyre Crafting.
Clan Eshin
The members of Clan Eshin are black-cloaked assassins who are feared throughout the entire sector. To hire a Clan Eshin assassin is a feat in itself for you'll first have to find them.
Bonus: Gain +Rank to Stealth checks in underground and urban environments. Gain +Double Rank to melee sneak attack damage.
Clan Moulder
While Skyre purses mechanical ingenuity, Moulder focuses on melding flesh and combining creatures to make truly terrible creations. Through countless hours of this creature moulding have they figured out the best ways to even fix people.
Bonus: Gain +Rank to medical checks on anything with [Hrudii] keyword. Gain access to Fleshcrafting.
Clan Mors
A clan that has seen the most raise in powers in recent years with devoted soldiers. Their tactics are quick and brutal, crushing their foes with no remorse.
Bonus: Gain +Rank to leadership checks involving other Clan Mors Hrud. Gain +1 Speed, and +1 Bonus to damage when charging at enemies.
Clan Rictus
Rictus is known for their vicious and grim warriors who guard (and toll anyone looking to enter or exit) the most dangerous places on Skavenblight.
Bonus: Gain +Rank in Maximum Shock.
